An internship helps a young adult make a smooth transition into the
corporate world. Our Internship Program is designed to expose a young
intern to the vibrancy of the complex business environment and to
help him/her integrate classroom learning with the realities of the
modern corporate scenario.
Internship Guidelines
- The placement cell of a university should send a letter to the Human Resource department, requesting for internship of a student or a number of students. CVs of the concerned students should be attached to the letter.
- The student will be called for an interview.
- All internships will be for a minimum period of three (3) months.
- We offer internship for all functions: HR, Marketing, Finance, Academic Administration, Designing etc.
- During his/her internship the intern will be attached to one department or a number of departments. The intern may also be a part of a cross functional team working on a live business project.
- Upon completion of the internship the student will be required to submit a report on the project that he/she has worked on.
- Upon completion of the internship an evaluation will be done and forwarded to the concerned Head of Department in the University and a certificate will be given to the intern signed by the concerned HR manager.
- An offer of internship in no way implies that the intern will be given an offer of appointment upon completion of his/her internship with Ascent Group.
